Fish: The.. 2nd runner up white meat
I generally stick to the meat with legs, but in my last order to Peapod tilapia fillets were on sale and I generally steam them, however I find it hard to infuse them with much flavor that way even after a surface marinade. I’m trying to avoid frying for the moment what with the whole eating well and stuff. But this one worked out pretty well, with sort of a diced veggie topping providing the seasoning.
Now since I’m about 3 Who episodes behind, it’s time to shunt those to the TiVo and get my geek on.
