let it snow, let it snow, let it “freezing rain”

Well the “Wintry Mix”, I do so love that phrase, hasn’t stopped the metro DC area just yet. The most I had was frozen rain stuck to my car today, which brushed off with my hand. Hardly the best Mother can do, I think. Though since it’s now Thursday, she can wait until Sunday night to really let us have it.

I’m done nearly all my holiday shopping, though friends here may not get their stuff until after I come back. But I think I did pretty good on money spending. I’m not broke, and when I get paid on the 25th should have a nice piece of change for myself and those post-christmas sales! Still no plans for New Year’s yet though.
