happy easter?

Well, the CD is mine now, thanks to those people with MP3s willing to share them at no cost. Something great to listen to at work and on the trip out to San Fran. I’m a little nervous about the trip, as I’m really looking forward to spending time with Sean, but also I don’t want this to be some silly, ‘sex trip’.

I don’t know what’s going on with my friend here. I haven’t heard from him, aside from online messages, in a few weeks now. I don’t really know what’s going on with him. It’s sad, but I feel like I’ve just been replaced with others who are more “fun?” or just more malleable…

It only reinforces my feelings that I shouldn’t try to get too attached to this apartment, so I think I’ll start looking elsewhere for a place to live. I’d love to live in DC, but it’s SO expensive. I have to make a decision between a place to live, a car, or just staying still and saving money up.

Regardless, the India Arie cd is pretty damn good. Go on girl…
