The waiting game…

I have a feeling today’s going to be a slow day at the office, between people not being here and not wanting to be here. We have a big project that has to get online by the end of Nov though, so maybe people will be around and working their tails off.
The job still feels pretty good. I haven’t done a lot of socializing with the co-workers, but also by virtue of where my desk is, I can’t see anyone or hear them if someone pipes up and says something. Mainly I just chat with them as I get water. But I’m sure that will change, there are a lot of company holiday events happening. One I even have to RSVP for!
