One thing I hadn’t mentioned lately is that I finally bit the bullet and started to get rid of my jewel cases for cds that I’ve had forever. I bought some cd notebooks on ebay on the cheap and found a good database program, it links with an online database so that all I had to do was pop the cds in, it looked up the information and added the cd to my database. Out of about 400 or so albums, I think I had to manually enter in 3 or 4 cds, and those were radio promotional cds.
The best thing about it is I can finally get a real website of my CD collection, the one that’s been online has always been so out of date or things come and things go. Now this doesn’t help me with my cassette tape collection, but that’s for another time.
