just a small weekend event
Kinda odd that DCist’s weekend event picks completely glossed over the Pride parade on Saturday and festival on Sunday. I see people (hot and not) all over the metro clearly in town for it and clearly out of their element in navigating the metro system.
Still, Pride in DC is a pretty big deal whether gay or straight, supporting or protesting. Ah well.
edit: Ok, after looking through the other local papers, no one seems to be covering it… maybe it’ll be on “weekend sections” tomorrow. *shrug*
