birthday: and I’m still not older yet…

brian, pondering why men have nipplesWow, wow, wow… I had an absolutely wonderful time last night, I feel very blessed and loved to have so many people come and share the evening with me. Plus I got loot.

The pictures from the evening turned out well, the ones at the restaurant are a little rustic which I like, plus I’m not a fan of people popping a flash all the time in a small place. They put us all along one wall, so the place was still open to patrons.

I’m a little worn out from last night’s dancing and today’s walking around, but a big thank you to Michael, Jenifer, Rob, Josh, Chris, MiKe, Moose, Richard, Mike, Tod, Doug, Brian, Greg, Stephen, CJ, Danny, Jhim and Joshua. (*phew!*) At one point in the evening Michael leaned over to me and asked “How do you know all these people?!”–I was actually a little amazed myself, but no complaints.

Thanks again, everyone.

OK … so I have to admit you have a pretty darn great group of friends. Not that I would expect anything less of you, but I truly was in awe of the group you have around you and how happy they all seem to be a friend of yours. 🙂

That being said, I had a great time last night. Libra cocktails are great for taking the edge off the social dysfunctional phobias, and we seemed to be the loudest table of the bunch so something must have been going right!!!

I certainly would have loved to spend more time with you at Nation, but as I’ve learned over the years, I’m not the man I used to be LOL. Something about endless cosmos and appletinis, meatloaf, tater tots, and curious dips just didn’t add up to hours of dancing 😉 The time we did share, though, was truly special to me, and I do look forward to being able to do it again very, very soon.

Much love to you … I hope that your birthday was everything you’d hoped for (and a little more, of course)

I had a blast last night. Thanks for inviting me. It sounds like you made out better this morning then I did…no hang over, but it fealt like something crawled into the back of my throat and died.

I love some of the pictures from last night. Your expression looking at the book is particularly amusing. 🙂

And you do have fabulous friends, I was just tremendously bummed that the sinus infection eliminated my chance to hang out longer!

SINUS INFECTION??? And you think you’re getting in my car tonight why? 😉 Okay, fine, but it better not mess up your bowling! Oh wait — it’s week 1. Bowl however you like.

My mind and my balls will be in the gutter tonight!!
