Ghibellina: Gamberi e Polenta
Tried a new place for brunch a few weekends ago, Ghibellina on 14th St NW. Had a lovely shrimp and polenta dish and overall enjoyed the experience. Would definitely head back for another visit.

I’m moderately more of an adult now than I was then, but I miss a little bit of my carefree shenanigans and not feeling weighed down by everything. Seriously, what’s up with this squirrel? Spotted outside the National Gallery of Art, I’m still not sure if it was art, a spy, a squirrel dealer, or what!
Curly Q by John Getchel. A clever blend of light painting, night photography, long exposure and the right location results in a gorgeous shot.
On August 21, 1939, five citizens of the city walked into library and sat at one of its reading tables.
