We’re less than a month out from PAX Unplugged 2025 and I’m looking forward to taking the train up to Philly and seeing friendly faces over the PAXU weekend!
Another potpourri post of stuff that’s going on lately. It’s a new month, it’s my birthday month and, I’m doing my best to take it easy. So far? Success!
I’m not just rooting for everybody Black. I’m rooting for everybody. But what does that look like, and how do I include myself in that in a healthy way?
I don’t really do “Year in Review” posts, much in the same way that I rarely make New Year’s resolutions. But still 2024 is somehow at an end, and that’s wild.
It feels like a lot’s gone on since I last wrote something here but it also feels like nothing’s happened. I think that’s just the post-effects of the pandemic.
Lately my thoughts have been going back over the Thirsty Sword Lesbians game I ran at PAX Unplugged last year when I tossed a little “Clue” into the TTPRG mix.
Dungeons & Dragons is 50 years old. FIFTY. To paraphrase Patsy from Absolutely Fabulous, “How old does that make me?” Sometimes it’s best not to ask, Patsy.

PAX Unplugged 2022 has come and gone, it was a lot of fun and I’m back home now. Worn out, but also riding the wave of having a fantastic time.
