I am making my first attempt at baking profiteroles right now, the house doesn’t smell of fabulous baking, though the dough did look right when I piped it onto the baking sheet. They were pretty easy to make, I just don’t know if I did it properly or not.
Anyhoo, timer’s buzzin, gotta go check.
