The roof, in pictures…

Since they’re large, I’ll put them in a cut, but I just went up to the roofdeck to get some pictures, since it’s so nice outside. Getting up there was a fiasco, but with good results. Only one of our elevators goes to the roof, and if the other comes down, you have to send it to another floor. I always have to do this, so much so that I didn’t even realize that the elevator available was the one I wanted… So I walked up nine flights of stairs to get to the top floor and decided to look around the floor, since most of the apartments there aren’t done yet. As I’m walking past the elevator, I figure I’ll give it a try anyway (not yet realizing I’d picked the wrong one). It comes, and I get into it and am so glad no one was around to see it.
Anyway, I took some pics of our surrounding area, and some from the inside of our courtyard/piazza.
