HP surprises yet again…

Well I just got a call from HP yet again. I was promised a call back from someone in Quality Care and they FINALLY followed through. Thankfully my laptop is there and they are well aware of it.
This man asked me detailed questions about each of my phone calls to Tech Support and he apologized and gave me a rundown of the procedures that I should have been made aware of on my first call and he gave my his name and direct number to contact him should I have any additional difficulties with my laptop.
I’m impressed.. but it still feels like too little, too late. I had to yell WAY too much before someone finally looked up and paid attention to my support issue. I don’t like being the squeaky wheel, since everyone should get good service without having to make a spectacle of themselves.
