Apple will be spared
After giving Apple support my work address yesterday around 6pm, they said they’d send another box out and I’d get it on Weds or Thurs morning. A deliveryman just arrived with the box.
I still had to wait 20 or so mins with them on hold yesterday to get this done, but I am pleased with their promptness… so far.
