Screw Tops: Get Used to Them
Fabulous article. I don’t mind screw tops on my wine, but I know that for some people, it spoils the romance of wine (read: haughtiness). I’m just glad that highly thought of winemakers are moving towards them. I’ve tasted too much corked wine in my time. *blegh*
