Speaking with the dragon…
I just downloaded Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 8 tonight and I must say that I’m very impressed with it. So far after a very short setup of the program is already understanding just about everything that needed to say including some in very embarrassing sexual comments since that’s what everyone does the first time the computer understands what they say.
It certainly needs more training to completely understand me but so far I have to admit that this will help me greatly in dictating those long posts on the weekend instead of having to update every single Monday. Jenifer tells me that she lost patience with this program because it took too long to understand her or least to train it to understand her voice, but I tend to be more patient and frankly I just like playing with new toys.
