something’s missing

Not much to say today, just a few lines from John Mayer. They sort of reflect what’s going on inside and outside at the moment.

When autumn comes, it doesnt ask.
It just walks in, where it left you last.
And you never know, when it starts
Until there’s fog inside the glass around your summer heart

Something’s Missing — John Mayer

I am starting to collect some good winter recipes, I’ve been itching to make chili. Does anyone in range of my digital reach have experience with online/delivery grocery shopping? The one thing that I just can’t find time for is going to the grocery store. 30-minute meals turn into a lot more when you have to detour to the grocery stores in urban areas. It seems as if it would be so much easier to pick a time to be home and they just bring the stuff.

And for some cuteness, Tai Shan meets the press.

Nice John Mayer song. I do so love that Tai Shan meeting the press. Not only is she adorable, I can imagine her pointing to different reporters while nibbling bamboo. “Ah…. yes, you in the back there, Newsweek?”

    Oh. He’s male. Oops.

OMG, you got his gender wrong! You conservative, closed-mind, under-the-influence-of-gendered-hegemony person, You!
