ouch

… ouch …

Ok, I am glad that I’ve started working on exercise, but OW OW OW!!! I definitely recommend the 8-minute dvds, but I feel it. Everywhere. Only problem is that the ab exercises are making my neck hurt a bit and I don’t know if I’m doing them wrong, or if it’s just my usual neck issues flaring up. I wrapped a hot towel around my neck after the shower and that helped greatly.

I don’t know if these exercises are the way to reach rock hard abs of steel, etc, but I can feel them working, at least.
