While I do plan to be much more health & weight conscious in the new year, I have decided that from mid Nov to mid Jan, everything is fuck it weight. The last thing I need to do is add one more thing to the pile o’ holiday stress.
This doesn’t mean that I’m gorging every chance I get, but it frees me from freaking out when confronted with potlucks, sweets, candies, cookies, huge family/friends meals, etc and lets me have a good time. Especially when there’s precious little else to do around the house here aside from watch tv and eat. 🙂
