This is just one of the reasons I want the freakin’ tourists OUT of my city. This is a city, not an amusement park! I guess I wasn’t really surprised by this photo, but it’s still pretty sad especially with the signs there people were clearly ignoring. And it’s not like there aren’t trash cans down there! *grrrr*
