Rassa-frassin’ busted tech…
I was only gone for 2 hours. When I left, my monitor worked. When I came back, it didn’t. I don’t recall hearing thunder or seeing any lightning strikes, all of my electronics were still on, so I doubt there was a power surge. The poor thing just conked out.
I’ll hit the store tomorrow morning to pick up a new one, but it’s sure a pain. Especially as it was one of a matched pair of 19″ flat screens. I thought about buying two, but the plan is to replace the mini with a macbook, so I’ll take the good sale on a 22″ flat widescreen and move on.
Hmph. 😥
