9:30 Club BOGO Special
Oops, I totally forgot to mention this earlier. Right now, from 10a-11a EST, the 9:30 Club is offering a Buy One Get One special for any show there, purchased through tickets.com.
It’s their Election Hangover Special and from what I’ve seen posted on various news sites and blogs this morning, I think people could definitely use something to make themselves feel better. Or at least attend a concert to drown them out.
Considering most show prices, there are much better ways to spend your money, but this is a pretty sweet deal if there’s a show coming up that you or someone you know wants to see.
I used it and got tickets to see TMBG at the end of November. It’s going to be one of three shows on the tour (and the first time in years) where they’ll be playing their album Flood in it’s entirety. Can’t freakin’ wait!

@vincent: Oooh, I didn’t even think of that. I happened to see them multiple times where nearly each of their concerts was the same–aside from the one on April 1 where they also opened as their own official TMBG cover band. Ah, good times.
