Don’t wanna work…

I want to go home.. play video games.. perhaps lie in bed or on the couch and watch The Stepford Wives.. I gave my computers an 8 hour break while I’m at work today, so they should be primed and ready to give me some good gaming time, damnit. I got a Yankee Candle Housewarmer so my place smells wonderfully of lavender now.
I got a letter yesterday addressed to my name and Guest from my good doctor friend Felissa and another name I didn’t immediately recognize. She’s getting married. First she graduates medical school, now she gets married. This makes me feel so old and unaccomplished in ways I can’t even begin to describe.
And now I need a date to the wedding. I wonder if any of my ex’s could be well-behaved enough at a conservative Jewish ceremony. Hm…
