I’m rather stuffed and docile at the moment, but suffice to say tonight’s dinner was a rousing success. I’ll just finish off this wine and try to walk in about an hour or so.
Turkey with forty cloves of garlic, smoked turkey collard greens and tri-color couscous. Nice.. and garlicky. I won’t be kissing anyone anytime tonight. (all pics here)
