Open up your heart and let it shine on in
I am glad the world looked all shiny and bright and new this morning and the AccuWeather forecaster was screaming the word 69 over and over again in the video for today’s conditions. I am glad that I was able to schedule a huge delivery of groceries for this afternoon. I’m glad that the sun was streaming into my apartment as it hasn’t in a long time.
So much gladness this morning, my spirits were so elated that I forgot my wallet at home! If I didn’t have a few pocket rumpled dollar bills to get a farecard, I would have headed back. As it is, it’s going to be a rather light day while I survive on the change accumulated in my desk drawer.
No Starbucks, no big lunch (though I still might take a walk), no afternoon Starbucks. 
Ah well, who cares, it’s gorgeous outside!
Oh, I’ve done that before. It makes me feel so disoriented (probably because my right hip is sitting flat on the chair instead of on top of my massive, George Costanza-esque wallet). At least you have some money, though!
I think it was choosing a different coat today that did me in. The pockets are in a slightly different spot and it threw off my morning pat down (ipod, phone, badge, keys, wallet). Today can just be a fasting day!
