ads: HI!!! I’m Adam!

James sent me a link to this video on YouTube and while it’s funny, I didn’t quite get it at first:

Ok, uh huh, call the insurance company when you’re in a jam. I don’t think it quite qualifies as using queer fear, but it’s close. Still a cute ad tho.

iTunes informed me that I have a 60-day free trial of MobileMe available, so I’m giving it a go. It’s very pretty and well done, but it has mainly allowed me to finally sync up the address books on my Mac and PC after years. Those have had old calendar dates, old numbers and addresses, etc. for a long while. I can’t say I’ll keep it at the end of September, but it’s very convenient for now!

I’ve tried a few third-party apps to get everything synced up and very few of them have turned out very well. About the only thing I’ll need to see is if I can keep my Google Contacts, Mail and Calendar synced up with everything as well. I don’t mind having a me.com e-mail address, but I really don’t need another one.

I have no idea what that has to do with insurance…but it *was* funny!

He’s still loopy from the anesthetic they used when God created Eve out of his rib? That’s my guess. (Where’s Steve, anyway?) 😐

<3 MobileMe. It’s nice when I’m out and about and emails I respond to remotely are updated on my laptop. It’s like magic! After all this time it’s still the simple things that excite!

@Chris: Adam’s making joyful noises and blissfully picking flowers… I think he just got done with Steve. 😈
