There should be a law!

All I’m saying is that it should be illegal for the Five Guys at Columbia Heights to close at 11pm. Kyle and I got off the train, fresh from movies and drinking. There were plenty of Nats and DC United fans exiting with us and the first thing you see off the escalator is the Five Guys… CLOSED.

I’m now about to make a small batch of pasta and sauce because I couldn’t satisfy my need for a cheeseburger and some fries.

So. Not. Fair.

    That does suck. Nothing like having your tastebuds all situated for something specific, only to have all hope of getting that something, dashed. 😥

    I can get greasy burgers 24 hours a day. Who knew Round Rock, Texas, would trump Columbia Heights, DC? :mrgreen:

    Ditto man!

    My friend and I went to the one in Arlington last night. We got there at 10:02. Guess who closes at 10?

    Gotta love In-N-Out on Friday and Saturday nights here on the West coast. Athough I don’t doubt the joints in Round Rock trump even that.

    @Shin … you probably should. 😉

  6. Well I was so happy when I found out that Five Guys opened a store here in Southern California. Unfortunately, its about 35 miles north of me in the city of Carson.

    I guess I will have to make the trek up there to see if the West Coast outpost compares to my favorite at Bailey’s Crossroads!
