the art of happiness, after work

My co-workers and I are going to pull off the impossible, we’re actually all going out to happy hour. Normally someone cancels and it all falls apart, but after checking and re-checking with everyone, we’re definitely gonna knock back a few at a place down the street (more or less) from the office.

To borrow (misrememberedly) from Girls Will Be Girls:
“Happy hour doesn’t start for me until 5…”
“Damn, I’m only on number 3!”

Now that it’s getting nicer out and daylight hours are best spent inside a smoky/less bar with friends, does anyone else in DC have a usual hang out for the hour of happiness? Or is anyone interested in hitting a few spots? I don’t see my DC/LJ friends enough, and it’d be nice to see y’all more often and maybe expand my circle of friends a bit. If anyone has any ideas, let me know!
